  3. Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and the address for shipping the item back to our Nairobi warehouse.

  4. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a courier service that provides tracking. Amanda Collection is not responsible for items lost in transit.
