We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your suit, blazer, or official shoes, we’re here to help make it right.
1. General Return Requirements

Eligibility Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Original Packaging: All items must be returned with all original tags still attached, including the garment bag (if applicable), and in the original shoe box (for footwear).

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or online order confirmation number.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Any item that has been worn, altered, dry-cleaned, or had the tags removed.

Items showing visible signs of wear (e.g., scuff marks on shoes, stains on shirts).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at [Your Support Email Address] or call [Your Phone Number].

Provide Details: State your Order Number and clearly specify which item(s) you wish to return and whether you want a Refund or an Exchange.

Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and the address for shipping the item back to our Nairobi warehouse.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a courier service that provides tracking. Amanda Collection is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., M-Pesa or credit card) within 5-10 business days.

Deductions: The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges (For Different Size/Colour)
If you need a different size or colour for the same item, please indicate this on your return form.

We will ship the replacement item to you free of charge once we have confirmed the returned item is received and approved.

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund instead.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt).

We will cover all shipping costs required to return the incorrect item and send you the correct replacement.
